Colt Back To Duty

AP -- Paragon City, Rhode Island. Dr. Maxwell Colt of the Jupiter Foundation was reported back to duty after he was found unconscious following a vicious Rikti attack two days ago. Suffering from several lacerations and a four broken ribs while defending several citizens against the alien attack. Dr. Colt was rushed to the nearby Atlas Park hospital in secrecy. The Jupiter Foundation released a statement this morning that Colt was indeed taken to the hospital but then transfered to the medical facilities of the Jupiter Foundation for further recovery.

Seen in the common area of City Hall yesterday evening, Dr. Colt gave an impromptu interview. "I really took on more then I should but that's what heroes do, right?" Colt went on to explain the situation further, "I was the only one in the area and those kids were not going to make it to shelter. I think things would have been fine if the plasma exchanger in my gauntlets had not misfired. Luckily, thats fixed now."

"My warmest thanks to the staff at Atlas Park Hospital and the quick thinking of Longbow Agent Jennings for her quick thinking in the field."

In regards to the current invasion he had the following to say, "I won't kid you, or tell you what the government wants me to say. I think they're here for awhile. Can we defeat them? Yes. Tomorrow? No."

The Jupiter Foundation's members, an international cast impressive in their skills on and off the superhero scene and fondly called the Irregulars by some, have been seen more and more in the streets of Paragon City lately. According to most sources close to the Jupiter Foundation, that presence will be continuing for the foreseeable future.
